Corporation Bank is one of the leading public sector banks in India with headquarters in Mangalore, Karnataka.The bank has announced recruitment for 398 Officers in different scales, that also includes Probationary Officers

Probationary Officers – 82 posts

Marketing Officers – 100 posts
Total - 398 posts (across all scales)

Dates :Online application registration – 16.11.2010 to 30.11.2010 
Written test – 16.01.2011

Eligibility: Those interested to apply for Marketing Officer post,

* Age within 20-30 yrs as on 1.11.2010

* Must have scored 60% in UG & MBA (marketing) OR PG (diploma/degree) in management (marketing/finance)

* Working knowledge of computers is necessary

* This post is for a contract of 3 years.

for Probationary Officer post:

* Age between 20-30 yrs, as on 1.11.2010

* Graduation in any degree with 55% marks from a recognized university.

* Final year students/ waiting for results are not eligible

Selection: Written test & Interview would be conducted for certain posts including PO & Marketing officers.It consists of Objective test for 300 marks & Descriptive test for 100 marks.Based on ranking of high scores in test, candidates will be called for Interview.

Application: The fee of Rs.300(Gen/OBC) or Rs.50(SC/ST) has to be paid in cash using the challan, at any Corporation bank branch before Nov 30.After the payment, proceed to bank website for applying online. Separate fees & application has to be sent, if applying for more than 1 post.
